Second, our Petition for Writ of Cert before JUDGMENT was denied.

We are still pending in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and if we do not agree with any rulings of the 3rd Circuit we can again appeal directly to the US Supreme Court. So no, we are NOT dead in the water yet.
